The new MFN MFN-Cage is finished! The Octagon is with approx.. 8 meters diameters one of the large Cages, like that the UFC! The promotors of the MFN did not avoided costs to let provide this really professionally made cage! - The first Stars from international and german sports, film and television confirmed their presence on the Masters Fight Night on 26 March. Thus equal a respectable framework on the first large German Cagefight Event! Keith Mills of the FULL CONTACT FIGHTER magazine (click photo!) and the ADCC NEWS will be personally present at the MFN CAGE FIGHT on 26 March 2005! Keith will specially journeys from America, in order to provide a detailed report of the fights of the Masters Fight Night, as well as to write detailed news of the participated teams! Thus the medium cover is secured also to overseas! - Canada, the Dominican Republic and specially 22 countries of Europe, will be supplied with the MFN news via the international TOPFIGHTER magazine! (click photo!) ! - The press conference will take place in a 4 stars hotel "Holiday to Inn/Park Hotel" on Friday 25 March! - A well-known rock group gives music- and show inserts at the Masters Fight Night and will presumably present a new - particularly for the MMA scene written MMA Song!

10.01.2005 Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic at MFN CAGE FIGHT


The preparations for the Masters Fight Night (MFN Cage Fight) on 26th March 2005 run on full speed! K1 and Pride Superstar Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic will be present in Duisburg, in order to care for two of his best fighters (Igor Pokrajac 104 kg and Sasa Mucnjak 116 kg)! Mirko Filipovic - a sport friend from the MFN Promotor Klaus Waschkewitz - had already fought for the Masters Gym in Switzerland against Andy Hug and looks forward to a remeeting in Germany! - Furthermore also the French Team from IFC Vale Tudo Champion Mathieu Nicourt has confirms the participation on 26th March. - Lars "Bad Boy" Besand of the Skagen Fight Gym from Denmark as well as his team colleague Thomas Hinrichsen will enter the cage! Altogether approx.. 20 - 24 fighters from the foreign countries will fight and give the Fightcard a high-grade international Carakter! - International Martial Arts Magazines will apply the Masters Fight Night in 22 countries of the world. Further the MFN Promotors negotiate with the different TV Channels!

Mega Fight Event Series with 150.000,- EUR prize moneys!

Good News for the German MMA Scene! The "Masters Fight Night" Promotor Klaus Waschkewitz (Masters Gym) will start a fight event series in the year 2005 in co-operation with the Outsider Club! A Grand Prix with 4 Events are planned in locations with capacity of 4.500-12.000 spectators. The first Event will be a pure Cage Fight meeting on the 26th March 2005 in the Rhein-Ruhr-Arena in Duisburg (picture/aprox. 4000-5000 visitors capacity). Bodo Elsbeck from the Outsider Club is the Matchmaker and will arrange 10 Freefights with international participation. The best fighters on this event get thereafter the possibility to fight on 21. May 2005 in the Scania Arena Duisburg (capacity of 4500 spectators), where Thaiboxen, Freefight and Professional Boxing are announced! Again a separate selection of fighters meet for qualification in October 2005 in Magdeburg in a Arena with a capacity of 8000 spectators! The final of this Grand Prix will be in December 2005 in a location for 12.000 spectators and the finalists will fighting for a prize money of 150.000, - Euros! This prize money is divided on the individual sections (Boxing/Thaiboxing/Freefight)! - further information follows!
